4. Refund and Return Policy

  • However, we offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions.

b. Refund Conditions

  • Full Refund: If a Report contains technical errors, you must contact support within one (1) day of purchase for a free exchange.
  • No Refunds will be issued for requests beyond seven (7) days from the purchase date.

Once a request is submitted, we will review it. If it meets our policies, we will process the refund accordingly.

c. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

6. Commercial Use Violations & Remedies

If clarifyvin determines that you are using Reports for commercial purposes, we may:

  1. Suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access without a refund.
  2. Charge you additional fees equal to the standard report price for each instance of unauthorized commercial use.
  3. Pursue legal action if necessary.
